Keeping You Safe
Below are hygiene measures taking place in the salon following lifting of Covid restrictions
- New clients will be sent an electronic consultation form to complete ahead of the appointment.
- Please rearrange your appointment if you have any symptoms or a cold.
- Please attend your appointment alone, I'm not insured to have young children in the salon.
- I will wear a mask and disposable gloves.
- On arrival I will ask you to wash your hands.
- I have installed a dust extraction unit to limit dust particles as Covid 19 is so tiny it can piggy back on dust particles.
- I will not be using towels on the nail desk, the desk and hand support will be covered with disposable couch roll. This will be changed for each client.
- The nail desk, hand support, lamp and client chair will be cleaned with disinfectant between each client, as per usual. The sink and tap will be disinfected between each client.
- All metal nail tools will be thoroughly washed and disinfected in Barbicide (hospital grade disinfectant) between clients, as per usual.
- As standard, clients do not share files and buffers.
- When having a pedicure, you will be asked to remove your shoes at the door and put on spa flip flops, you can take these with you at the end of the treatment or I can dispose of them.
- The foot spa will be washed and disinfected between clients, the liners are disposable.
- My preferred method of payment is bank transfer, please pay me by bank transfer at the end of your service in the salon, alternatively you can pay by PayPal or cash.
- Please be on time for your appointment, I will be leaving extra time between appointments to carry out the cleaning measures and it is very important to not fall behind. If you are more than 10 mins late for your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled.
- Building on my already excellent hygiene routine, these are the measures I will be taking to keep my clients and I safe in the Salon.
